Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
The product must be reported within 7 days of delivery with a detailed description of the issue.
An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any refund or replacement. This video must clearly show the condition of the package upon arrival and the product inside.
Without the unboxing video, we will not be able to process your refund or replacement request.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide the unboxing video along with your order details.
Upon verification, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement as per your preference.
Refund Processing & Timeline
Refund requests are processed within 3 working days after successful verification of the issue.
The actual refund will be credited within 7 working days after processing.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method:
For prepaid orders (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking), the amount will be refunded to the same account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must submit valid bank account details for the refund to be processed.
Important Notes
Products must be returned in the same condition as received for a replacement or refund.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.
